1. Physiotherapy Treatment:
- Our clinic provides physiotherapy treatment services aimed at improving your health and well-being. Our qualified physiotherapists will assess your condition and develop a personalized treatment plan tailored to your specific needs.
2. Appointment Booking:
- Appointments can be booked via phone, email, or through our online booking system.
- We recommend booking appointments in advance to secure your preferred date and time.
3. Cancellation and No Show Policy:
- We understand that circumstances may arise where you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We kindly ask for as much notice as possible if you need to change or cancel your appointment.

- Failure to notify the clinic of your inability to attend an appointment could incur a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the initial appointment charge.
4. Payment Policy:
- Payment is due at the time of service unless prior arrangements have been made.
- We accept payment via cash, credit/debit card, or online payments if required
- Fees for services rendered, including cancellation fees and no-show fees, are non-refundable.
5. Privacy Policy:
- We are committed to protecting your privacy and personal information. Any information collected during your appointment or through our booking system will be handled in accordance with our privacy policy.
6. Liability:
- Brighton Physiotherapy clinic and its staff will not be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage incurred during or as a result of physiotherapy treatment.
