Managing Musculoskeletal Pain with Myotherapy

Chronic pain from musculoskeletal disorders, which impact movement and mobility, is the leading cause of disability in Australia. Conditions like headaches, back pain, knee pain, shoulder pain, arthritis, and foot pain often have no cure, leaving individuals suffering from these issues among the most affected by disability. One of the most effective treatments for managing musculoskeletal pain is myotherapy.

What is Myotherapy?

A specialised manual therapy that focuses on assessing and treating musculoskeletal pain and dysfunction to identify areas of discomfort and pain, restore movement and enhance physical function. Myotherapy supports rehabilitation and facilitates optimal movement.
