Comprehensive Rehabilitation Programs: Personalised care for full recovery and beyond.
Rehabilitation involves restoring movement and function, typically after an injury or surgery. We will work closely with you to understand your unique situation and goals in order to return you to your optimal physical health and fitness.
At Brighton Physiotherapy we will begin with a thorough 45-minute assessment of your condition. We will gain an understanding of the nature of the injury, the individual’s fitness level and specific requirements or expectations of the individual. We will also provide you with an exercise program that has been tailored to your specific needs in the form of fully-narrated videos that you can do from the comfort of your own home.
Functional exercises play a critical role in rehabilitation, to improve strength, flexibility, and coordination. Additionally, balance training helps to enhance stability and prevent future injuries. Rehabilitation programs are often progressive, adapting to the athlete’s evolving needs as they move through different phases of recovery.
